We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team. As a BCBA at CATC, you will design behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise our dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians in a highly collaborative environment.

Behavior Therapist (BT)

Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for passionate and dedicated behavior technicians committed to helping children with autism thrive. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced BCBAs, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA sessions under BCBA guidance.
  • Collect accurate developmental milestone progress logs using modern clinical apps.
  • Participate in collaborative clinical team review workshops.
